Area: 120,000 sq ft
Description: Complete build out of 4 floors – using Technion demountable partitions.

ARCIS CORPORATION

Location: Floors 20 and 21, Centennial Place 250 – 5 Street SW, Calgary, AB
Area: 20,800 sq ft
Description: Two complete floors build out with open area concept. Small amount of demountables, a Conference Centre with full working kitchen.

DIVESTCO INC.

Location: 6 Floors at 520 – 3 Avenue SW, Calgary, AB
Area: 107,520 sq ft
Description: Complete build out including combination drywall and demountable partitions, a large Tech Centre and Meeting Rooms on every floor.

PRECISION DRILLING CORPORATION

Location: 5 Floors at 525 – 8 Avenue SW, Calgary, AB
Area: 77,500 sq ft
Description: Complete build out of 5 floors of new offices, with a high level of finishes in a Lounge, Lobby and major Conference Room

BMO CAPITAL MARKETS

Location: 9th Floor, 525 – 8 Avenue SW, Calgary, AB
Area: 21,000 sq ft
Description: New offices for this brokerage firm with a high degree of finishes incorporated within the design. There were a number of Video Conference Rooms included.

TEINE ENERGY LTD.

Location: 23rd Floor Centennial Place 520 – 3 Avenue SW, Calgary, AB
Area: 10,980 sq ft
Description: New offices for a Calgary based oil and gas company. The Reception area featured a complete wall of LED lights behind onyx panels.

CRA CALL CENTRE ( REVENUE CANADA)

Location: 1602 Airport Road NE, Calgary, AB
Area: 75,000 sq ft
Description: Four floors of offices in the Airport Commercial Tower. AV and security systems were a priority on this project.

BMO NESBITT BURNS INC.

Location: 32nd Floor Eighth Avenue Place 525 – 8 Avenue SW, Calgary, AB
Area: 21,000 sq ft
Description: Brokerage firm with a large amount of offices , boardrooms and sliding glass dividers within the Conference Centre

ALBERTA SECURITIES COMMISSION

Location: Floors 4,5 and 6 Centennial Place 250 – 5 Street SW, Calgary, AB
Area: 120,000 sq ft
Description: This was a very sophisticated project – complete with new offices with and a Video Conference Centre. It contained a very high degree of finishes as well, with floating wood ceilings in the Lobby and Reception.

ALLIANCE PIPELINE LTD.

Location: Floors 3,4,5,6,7,8, 9 and 11 605 – 5 Avenue SW, Calgary, AB
Area: 130,000 sq ft
Description: (8) Floors of complete restacking. New construction was demountable partitions – half of one floor was a Conference Centre with moveable partitions. Each floor was completed one at a time.

PERPETUAL ENERGY INC.

Location: 3200, 605 – 5 Avenue SW, Calgary, AB
Area: 17,000 sq ft
Description: (4) floors – Upgrade Reception, all Lobbies, coffee stations, new paint and carpet and a Conference Centre, as well as a 4800 sq ft Fitness Centre .

ENBRIDGE INC.

Location: 2 Floors Fifth Avenue Place 425 – 1 Street SW, Calgary, AB
Area: 45,300 sq ft
Description: Carpet, paint and renovations to approximately 30% of the offices.

CITIZEN AND IMMIGRATION CANADA

Location: Harry Hays Building 440 – 4 Avenue SE, Calgary, AB
Area: 30,000 sq ft
Description: Complete renovation of offices and auditorium, complete with seating, custom graphic wall vinyl, wood suspension ceiling with compound angles.

ATHABASCA OIL SANDS CORPORATION

Location: Floors 22 – 24 BVS 4 250 – 6 Avenue SW, Calgary, AB
Area: 24,600 sq ft
Description: This project included demolition of existing floors prior to building new offices to met the clients requirements and design criteria.

CANON CANADA INC.

Location: Main Floor Eighth Avenue Place, 525 – 8 Avenue SW, Calgary, AB
Area: 7600 sq ft
Description: Conference and Display Centre with state-of-the-art fixtures, lighting and HVAC. open ceiling concept.

SCOTIA PRIVATE CLIENT GROUP

Location: 16th and 17th Floors Scotia Tower
Area: 20,600 sq ft
Description: Complete renovations to the 16th and 17th Floors, including a new internal stair between the floors.

BLOOMBERG CANADA

Location: Le Germain Office Complex 200, 110 – 9 Avenue SW, Calgary, AB
Area: 3,140 sq ft
Description: Full office renovation for the relocation of Bloomberg News/Sales Bureau, including a Conference Centre and open concept, feature walls of metal, MDF and fabric.
