Reliable Experience

The Construction Management concept is a team approach to the construction of a project. This team consists of the Client, Architect/Designer, Engineers, Sub-trades and the Construction Manager.

We all share a common goal: to provide the Client with a quality project. The Soundtex team believes that there is only one way to achieve this: to use the best tradesmen, to complete quality projects within the shortest possible timeframe, and to remain within our budget limitations.

“We take pride in our work and are committed to making each of our clients happy.”

Green Initiatives

Soundtex Interior Contractors strives to be environmental leaders and take every reasonable measure to minimize the impact our work activity locally and globally. We utilize the resources available to reduce, reuse, and recycle. The environmental policies/practices Soundtex has in place are continually being revised, ensuring that the most current and safest practices are used.

We work tirelessly on all projects to ensure as much waste as possible is diverted from the landfill.  Whether it be from salvaging and repurpose construction materials to recycling all materials and waste possible.

Soundtex Interior Contractors has extensive experience in working on both LEED and WELL projects. We feel both these certifications are important to mitigate negative impacts to the environment and our clients personal.

Leed and Well Projects

The Soundtex team is fully committed to meeting our customers’ environmental requirements in a manner that ensures a clean and healthy environment. We believe it is good business practice and our duty to protect the natural resources of the communities we serve.

In keeping with our environmental mission, Soundtex feels it is our responsibility to conduct business in an environmentally responsible manner that protects the public, our employees, sub-contractors, and the earth that we all share. In addition to complying with all applicable environmental laws and regulations, we commit:

  • To ensure the proper handling and disposal of waste, minimize the creation of waste, and pursue opportunities to recycle and reuse waste materials
  • To track and document waste that is diverted from the landfill
  • To provide continuous improvement in efficiency and processes that impact the environment
  • To act promptly and responsibly to minimize, mitigate and restore any adverse environmental impacts caused by our operations
  • To report events that impact the environment by notifying stakeholders, and if applicable, notifying the appropriate regulating body
  • To communicate our environmental protection commitment to all employees, clients, visitors, and sub-contractors
