The Construction Management concept is a team approach to the construction of a project. This team consists of the Client, Architect/Designer, Engineers, Sub-trades and the Construction Manager.

Soundtex Interior Contractors strives to be environmental leaders and take every reasonable measure to minimize the impact our work activity locally and globally. We utilize the resources available to reduce, reuse, and recycle. The environmental policies/practices Soundtex has in place are continually being revised, ensuring that the most current and safest practices are used.
We work tirelessly on all projects to ensure as much waste as possible is diverted from the landfill. Whether it be from salvaging and repurpose construction materials to recycling all materials and waste possible.
Soundtex Interior Contractors has extensive experience in working on both LEED and WELL projects. We feel both these certifications are important to mitigate negative impacts to the environment and our clients personal.
